Default A6 Avant Suspension Issues

I just replaced the struts, tie rod, upper & lower A-Arms on my 1999 Audi A6 Avant. The passenger side is flawless but I have a thumb on the driver’s side that I can’t seem to figure out. I can get the noise from pushing on the fender. It sounds like it is coming from the top of the tower mount but I cannot find any loose bolts or see any play in it. It sounds like something is loose but everything is tightened to spec. I do not remember seeing any shims when replacing the shocks. I did not replace the strut mount but should I now consider it? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
