A6 - Bad Blinker / Indicator

1999 A6 - Blinker was blinking fast, bulb socked was bad, but i havn't rpaired it yet. But now not both blink slow, load blinking noise behind dash. Is blinker relay bad ( not blinking fast like before???)

1. fix the socket and put in a good bulb
2. If that doesn't fix the prob check the flasher can
3. then look at the relay

Do the 4-ways work correctly?
