When turning on AC, air blows arbitrarily..
Even though I set 12, it blows from 1 to 12 and suddenly stops and blows again.. on and on...
Blower is uncontrollable. AC temperature is OK.

What should I do?
Do I need to change all the blower motor?
Or any idea I can fix?

The blower is probably bad. It sound like it runs and when it heats up the motor that is, it slows down until it cool a little and speed up and slows down again or stops. The controller for the blower is pricey and so is the motor. Your description sounds like the motor is failing.
