Its not a 2.8 thou. The owner metions its a 1.8. Which obviously isnt an american model but the motor should be about the same as the american 1.8 im assuming. Where are you at with this proplem henlow1?

 

thanks for that dankhound, I was looking through his post to find out what engine size it was, the reason I asked about the problem is my data gives 2 reasons for the fault
1. misfire at idle
2. misfire at constant speed

full information does count not just the size lol
