I recently bought a 1996 A6 Quattro wagon for my 18 yr old daughter and was wondering how I might connect an Ipod to the Bose stereo in the car. Best Buy sells a Cassette Tape type connector but the sound is very poor.

 

I it's possible to do this, but what I would recommend is buying an FM transmitter for the iPod. It works really nice most of the time for me. Most of them also charge your iPod too.
