This is obviously a novice question, but what constitutes an A6 having the "cold weather package"? I recently bought a 2002 A6 2.7T Quattro from an Acura dealership thathad been traded in. I was wondering if mine was a "cold weather package" vehicle. It has a built in ski bag in the flip down middle seat in the back, is that an indication? Thanks.

 

Would also have all heated seats. Don't know about all the options included. Mine has it according to the buy sheet but doesn't specify what exactly.

 

Woops. Found the exact answer...

Heated front seats
heated windshield washer nozzles
heated driver door lock
expandable ski/storage sack (2.8 and 2.7T models only)

 

Thanks Frankin, my A6 has heated seats (both front and rear), not sure about the nozzles or door lock. I guess I'll consider myself to have a cold weather package.

 

You do have the cold weather package. As for the headlight washers, if you spray your windshield while the headlights are on, then little nozzel will extend themselves from the bumper and spray the headlights. For ski sacks, check the back of the fold down rear armrest and open the ski slide in gate. If you are lucky, the previous owner never took it out.

 

Yup. Unfortunately the previous owner took my bag out. Bummer cause I go skiing alot. I'll just have to buy a new one.
