Hi All - just in the process of buying a 2007 A6 with the S-line package. I noticed that some of the silver trim around the windows was faded or cloudy. I negotiated with the dealer to get it replaced but wonder wether this is a wider spread problem or if the previous owner did something to it to make that happen. I'd hate to have it end up like that in another few years.

This also affects a similar piece across the back side of the trunk.

I'm excited to join the Audi community and drive such a great car!!
