Default ABS light & Check Engine

Greeting From the Pacific.

The ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) light and Yellow Triangle of impending doom lit up. Now the check engine is on permanently, the ABS light comes on after pumping brakes .

Checked Fluids
have not pulled codes

2003 A6 3.0 66k

You'll probably need to pull the codes so we have a better idea of what's going on.

Most Autozone scanners aren't able to pull the ABS codes though, for those you may have to go to a dealer or other indy shop.

Pulled the codes at a local shop.
18339 - Coolant Fan Control Module (J293): malfunction P1931
16955 - Brake Switch (F): Implausible signal P0571
17534 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; B1 S1: Open Circuit
P1116 No signal No Communication -MIL ON

Getting close! I've got no brake lights!
Put the brake light switch on order, Ill put pictures of the repair up after I get the switch in.
Do you think this will clear the check engine? The Tec who gave me the codes seemed to think that the Coolant Fan CM was on the same circuit.

Get the light switch and move the car to do the replacement. Don't even get a chance, the brake lights are back and warnings are gone! Must of been stuck
