Default ABS problems after control arm install?

I replaced my control arms over the weekend, took it monday to get an alignment and everything seemed good except for when braking the abs comes on when coming to a complete stop. It seems to do it right between 15-20 mph each time, and if the car is driven for any extended amount of time, the ABS light comes on and the issue stops. Im assuming when the light comes on, its making the ABS turn off.

after searching around here and audiworld, I found a few people said they had the same problem, but never really found much of an answer.

I was thinking maybe it was the ABS module, but it seems like most people who have the malfunction have a permanent ABS/Brake light, which I havent gotten the brake light, and ABS only comes on somtimes.
Im thinking maybe wheels speed sensor? any one else ever have this issue?

It could be.
You can actually double check if it was inserted back properly seated.
When I pulled mine out, I noticed a bunch of old crusted dielectric "grease". You can spray some QD Electronic Cleaner, clean that old gunk out and then slap back on some fresh dielectric grease.
