Default Acceleration Issue

I've recently had a lot of boost issues that I have cleared up by replacing all sorts of sensors and parts; however, I'm still experiencing something. In third and fourth gear acceleration feels fine in first and second is were the problem is. From a stop acceleration is very slow, I'm talking old beater cars leaving me in the dust. I guess the best way I can describe it is it feels like I'm red lining and like I have to engage the clutch and shift at 3000RPMs in first and in second gear. I can recall in the past quicker take offs and being able to push it up to 5000rpms without a problem. It defenitly dosen't feel like a slipping clutch, has anybody ever experienced this. The engine is a 2.7t with a 6 speed manual transmisson.

Can you get a cpu reading? Any Codes? I was having what felt like acceleration while breaking. It was sluggish but only now and then. Other times it is a rocket. I had the cpu checked and it was reporting the brake sensor was malfunctioning. This caused the ESP system to not allow full fuel into the engine because it thought the brake was being applied. No warning lights ever came on the dash either. Hope that helps if you have not already checked it.

Update: Thought problem was solved by replacing the boost sensor on the tbb, but it wasn't. After much diagnosing I think the problem is carbon build up around the wastegate flap on my left turbo.
