Looking for any advise on a 2012 A6. Good car? Any serious problems I should look for or expect? Skip a 2012 and look for a different year?

One other question, is the existing warranty transferable? Checking the Audi site doesn't specifically say.

I have the exact same question. Maybe this forum isn't as active as some other Audi forums. I'm specifically interested in the 2.0T model as the majority of my driving is in town. Just concerned about maintenance as Audi has a reputation for being "quirky" if you will.
