Hello All,
Recently my air conditioning seemed to stop working. When my car is sitting at a stand still the vents blow warm air, however when I push on the gas and the car it starts to go it get cold. Does anyone know what this could be or how I would go about fixing it? I dont want to bring it to the dealer cause they'll probably charge too much. thanks

 

Low 134a. Take it to any A/C shop and they can recharge it.

Have the A/C shop check for leaks, if it doesn't hold the charge. Sometimes the hoses and o-rings fail. Sometimes the compressor may leak at the shaft seal.
Overcharging with refrigerant will destroy the A/C, so a set of gauges must be used when recharging. This should not be done without the Audi shop manual.

okay so just recently it seems like my air conditioning has gotten worse. it now feels like its letting hot air out and my car seems to overheat. does anyone know if this is to do with the fan

 

fan controller.
check out your fans, one should always be running with the a/c on, both if it is really hot out.
if they are not running, then you need to replace the fan controller. you can find them on ebay.
