man i did not know there was so many probs with the silverstars( my bad ) looks like we both know what were buying somes hids thanks everyone for the info...

where would you reccomend me buying hid's and is it just switching to hid bulbs or is there wiring i have to do as well?

You can't just put the bulbs in or you will get the same problem and probably worse as the silverstars. You need a conversion kit and I got mine at www.vvme.com size H1 and it was $85 shipped and so far I am very satisfied.
