ihave mine 1998 a6.

the drivers indicator displays opened trunk with the simple picture, but not the opened doors.

do anyone else's 1998 a6 display the opened door picture with thedetail of which side is opening?

I believe it does. Check your door switch, it might be jamed, shorted, or jumped with wire if you bought the car used.

The thing that is being pressed when you close each door. It's in a doorway somewhere.
