I want an aftermarket head unit so i got the face plate that fits my car so it would allow one, what else do i need other than a wiring harness?
and also can anyone tell me why sometimes the audio completely cuts out on the drivers side of my car and only plays through the left side, it kicks back in after a few seconds, but its somewhat frequent and annoying... help

Do you have bose?, when I had my Infiniti, they told me that Bose speakers dont work with aftermarket head units.

 

from what i hear it will work as long as you have an ANTENNA ADAPTOR to get around this, along with the faceplate and wiring harness obviously

 

you might have a short in the wires if your left side cuts out.
