Good day,
Every single time I fuel (91 Octane) my 1999 Audi A6 Quattro, it will not start when I am finished fueling and try to start the car. The check battery light comes on and the car dies. But when I rev it up, pump on the gas pedal a few times and then go into Drive gear immediately I can get the car going and then have no problems until I go get gas again. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Bad gas tank vacuum nipple. There is a recall. Have you had it done?

Why no, I didn't realize there was a recall. Thank you so much for your response!! I will contact my auto dealer about this.
