Default Audio Problem????!

Hey All
I recently installed a Kenwood headunit in my car using an amp bybass harness and a wiring harness for a VW/Audi. The headunit works great however here is the deal, the only thing that work is the radio, the display works fine when I put an MP3 disc in the display shows it is reading the folders and playing the disc however I get no sound from that and the AUX output I get no sound as well. Would this be a defect in the headunit? or would this be an issue in the wiring? Does a head unit use power the speakers differently as opposed for the radio? If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them!

Thanks!!

The radio it's self is where the issue is at. The wires cannot tell the difference between sources on your radio head unit. They just take the output from the unit and the speakers only produce sound told to by the wires connected to them.

Your radio is screeming

INPUT INPUT -- I NEED INPUT- Just like #5

I don't know how to give INPUT to a 95 Audi Radio but
I'll look at my electronic manual (aka non-manual manual) to see if it gives a clue when I get home.
I'd use my paper manual (aka manual manual) except it is for older Audis.

Is it Bose or Symphany?
