Default Blown turbos?

Hello, i recently bought a 2000 a6 2.7t quattro 6 speed and ive encountered a problem with it leading me to believe either the turbos or the turbo seals are blown. My problems are that im new to audi so i dont know the best way to get to them to replace them, and also i dont know where to find good quality replacements. Any ones ive found are $700 for a pair which seems insanely cheap to me. Any help would greatly appreciated thank you!

OEM turbos will be a lot more expensive, but there are decent after-market out there. Stay away from the cheapest Chinese. Unfortunately, the cost is not in the turbos but in the labor to pull the engine to replace them. $4k sticks in my mind to replace turbos.

What makes you think they are gone? Lack of power? Leaking oil? You might be lucky and only have a torn throttle body boot or bad diverter valve.
