Default breaks

All recently my breaks have been very squeeky, but only when i first start out driving after my car has been sitting for alittl while. Once im up and driving for alittle while they dont squeek at all. the pads and rotors where replaced at 49K car now has 70K. 2003 3.0, any thoughts??


ITS VERY ANNOYING TOO!! ha

does the car sit outside at night? could just be the condensation causing the surface of the rotors to rust just slightly, which wears off after a couple seconds.

You probably had them replaced with metallic pads. not organic. I forget which fade less and which dust less.. but basically doesnt matter if youre not racing.. But that squeak is normal until they warm up. Dont sweat it..

I have the same exact issue but I keep my car in the garage. It is annoying, especially when everyone thinks you need to get your brakes fixed, but I'm pretty sure it's not a problem.
