c5 seats
Disclaimer: I've never done this swap, but have swapped seats in other cars before between model years.
There are two things that could bite you: the bolt pattern might not line up and the wiring harness could be incorrect. The first is easy to correct: drill a new hole in the floor (be sure to check what's on the bottom of the car first! I know it's silly to say that, but...). As for the harness.....service manual for the pinouts for the plugs, I guess. Being that they're the same generation, that pitfall shouldn't come after you.
It should be pretty easy. Have fun with it!
