One more question about the cd changer connection. I found the plug as I said, and it has 13 pins, but 3 pins are missing! This means that it is demaged and I need new one?!

Probably not. Look at any computer mass-produced cable and you'll often see pins missing. If they're not needed, the manufacturer saves money by not putting them (and the copper to them) in the cable.
