Default CHECK ENGINE CODES P1411??

i drive a 01' 2.7t with 61k miles. my check engine light is on, so i had it checked at autozone, and received the following codes.....P1411 BANK 2 SECONDARY AIR INJECTION OUTPUT TOO SMALL....CHECK FOR LEAK..PROBABLE CAUSE.. "FAILED AIR PUMP". anyone have any knowledge on this issue?? i hope this doesnt have anything to do with the turbo because my warrant doesnt cover turb issues.

Its more than likely a torn or loose vaccum leak going to the combi valves. Check behind your engine and check the little lines going to the valves.
The valves are those big silver things bolted to the back of each cylinder head.
You won't hear a vaccum leak BTW, only when the SAP pump is operated.
It has NOTHING to do with the turbo.

for this type of issue....is it a costly one? for someone like myself who isnt mechanically inclined ( autos anyway ) . how much should i exspect to pay to correct this? by the way, i ve only had this car 3months
and the check en light didnt come on until a local mech replaced my power steer pump. he reset it, but days later it poppedback on. ( mech told me it would)

Secondary air faults are probably the cheapest repair on an audi.
Chances are a bad vaccum line, bad combi valve (not likely) or a bad SAP pump.
The vaccum line being the most common and the cheapest would be around $14 if you can find which line is messed up yourself. If not probably around $150 for a tech to look at it.
