Check engine light
When the check engine light came on thats when the low coolant light came on.
Once i filled the coolant, the check engine light and the low coolant lights went off.
It has been 3-4 days, and the coolant is still at the same level. I checked the dipstick, everything looks normal, no sign of coolant.
Adl:
Was your exp/tk over full?
no i was at its normal level
As for the "dark yellow oil base liquid" - I'm assuming it's coolant - is that the color of your coolant?
No my coolant is red/orange, actually im not sure what the "dark yellow oil base liquid" could be, after i clean the oil filler cap, i haven't seen it since. And im not burning white smoke from the exhaust lol

I had somewhat the same problem with my Audi 200. Antifreeze smell, lost a bit of radiator fluid, etc. but I could not see any problems or leaks. There was nothing on the ground and it seemed to be most noticable after driving hard. I chased it for a few months and finally the car told me what the problem was when a little hose started leaking big quantities. When it leaked a little the antifreeze dropped on the block and evaporated. Finally the hose burst and the steam clearly told me what the problem was.
A cooling system pressure check would have found it but I was too cheep.

as part of a service I always nip the hose clamps up they expand when the system is up to temp with heat after a while that's when the leak is noticed also checking the condition and weakness of old hoses is a good idea they don't last forever
