Anyone had this problem on an '03 A6 that can lend advice. I don't see anything lodged in the lighter areas.

My 02 A6 had a dead short that I traced back to the switch at the door jamb.. I beleive that switch controls the rear lighter

i have a audi a6 2001 1.8 turbo petrol i have been using the cigarette lighter to charge my sat nav but have encountered a problem the fuse which is the cigarette lighter keeps popping every time i replace it can any one help please
