Recently bought a 97 a6 quattro wagon for my wife from an "honest mechanic". Drove the car couple hundred miles an d was fine no there is a clunking noise coming from mid car sounds like from differentials. I have zero exp. with quattro and a mechanic said get rid of it any knowledge would be helpful
