I'm wondering though , since you were rushing, if that wasnt actually a head gasket kit?

 

No the head gaskets on parts geek, were 52.00 each the 100 is for both. Their kits have all been for a chain adjuster and I don't need valve cover gaskets mine are new.

Prime has the OEM for $62 Autohausaz has them for $43.
Autohausaz has a head kit, Hd-gasket,ex gasket,15 seals, water pipe o-ring, 2 cam bolt seal o-rings, and a bunch of pink things (what are those? tubes to slide over the stems?) for $102 link;

This is the first actual photo I have seen so far. Everyone says "KIT" no photo, no what's in the box, Just "KIT".
I can't purchase something like that-like a grab bag gift. The other thing was that at first I was only going to do 1 side. Then I came to my senses and decided to pull both. So at first it wasn't that much more. But I hadn't remember autohausaz until after I placed the order.

I think the 'pink things' are to slide over head studs to protect aluminum heads during install. Does yours have studs or bolts?
