Default Coolant leak, Info needed please

Hello all,
I have a 99' A6 2.8 Q, Auto and I have a coolant leak some where and it is driving me nuts, I have tried tracing this leak with no luck. Would anybody be willing to email me a copy or photo of the cooling system diagram, hoses, ect from a service manual? It would really help me out. Thanks in advance...

Your best best us to use a pressure tester and see where your leak is.
Also try replacing the coolant reservoir cap as the age is right.

Waterpump --- waterpump -- waterpump -- it hides behind the front cover and the leakage dries before it gets to where it shows. You'll find red residu along the front of the motor. Other wise it might be the plastic tank.

A diagram won't help -- just use your eyes and follow the hoses etc.

Thanks for the replys, water pump was a thought but it seems that it is comming from somwhere in the back, there is a 3/8" hose that runs off the top rad hose, it connects to the resivor (with a T) and runs behind the motor to a round "something" (aux pump???) and it sounds like it is comming from there... That is why i was looking for a diagram to see what these parts are and the routing of the lines so I have an idea what I am looking at. I had the timing belt, water pump, thermostat and all that changed about 15k miles ago.
Thanks

most likely your aux water pump under the intake manifold.
esppecially if you see the coolant leaking towards the back.
that and a cracked expansion tank are the two most common sources of a coolant leak IMO.

Dbl Chk the 'T' connector. That's where mine was leaking and it took a while to locate it. It wasn't obvious that it was coming from there. My indie finally found it. It was driving me crazy. Good Luck.
