Coolant Temp Sensor

Can anyone tell me where the coolant temperature sensor is on a 2000 A6 2.8L? Thanks.

You may need to employ someone with small hands, just changed mine on a '99 2.8. The intake tube you see in hxgaser's picture above is pretty immovable and doesn't leave much room for your hands.
