Default Couldn't find answer for this Seafoam ?

I recently had the oil changed from regular to synthetic. With that said I have an oil change due in 400km's. Can i still add seafoam to the crank and not mess anything up before my next oil change? Or will the synthetic cause a crazy chemical reaction. Please advise to as what i should do. Thank you.

Cheers,

No worrys... It will work fine. Be sure to change the oil soon as you are planning to do.

It will thin out your oil and reduce the lubricating properties. I've heard alot of people do this, but I'd suggest keepin it in for a minimal time and to not drive your engine hard at all while the seafoam is in there.

I've always heard 100 miles or less before oil change.

Yeah, I'm figuring put it in first thing in the morning on the way to work, drive to work, drive somewhere for lunch, get oil changed at 5pm. Sound reasonable??
