Hi all,

Anybody know where the coolant temperature sensor is located on a 2003 A6 3.0l ? My wife's car is not reading on the temperature gauge, though she said the car is running fine. I do belive its the problem, sometimes is moves up with the car warming up, other times it jumps right up after 5-7min of drive time, thanks

 

Found it, for those who want/need to know, its located in the rear coolant crossover pipe, on the passenger side.
