Had a custom exhaust put on my '09 3.0T. I was getting bored with the stock exhaust. Car is currently at the shop getting the APR tune as well.

Cool. Did u do the install yourself? And would u kno if u gained any extra HP with the custom exhaust?

 

Nope, had a shop do the install... it was actually a guy from Audizine. The HP gains are pretty negligible as my system is a cat-back but I would say the throttle response seems a bit better... maybe 5-10chp if I'm lucky? Car is getting the APR tune at the moment... that will be some major HP

 

Cool. Which state is the shop located in? I'm over in NYC. Would your guy mind if I threw some work his way? There are a ton of shops here but many of the mechanics are skeptical about touching my audi.

 

I'm sure he would not mind at all. His shop is in East Chicago though so that's a bit of a drive for you
