Default Dash warning display question

Hello,

I wanted to find out if anyone could let me know what this light indicates. I don't have the manual so I don't know what anything in the dash display really stand for aside for the light out indicator.

You need to replace the brake pads.

Or something wrong with the wiring to the brake pads. I had my own replaced and the "bad brakes" comes up occassionally, as well as I have a burnt out bulb, and I have replaced all up to the glove box light. Regardless, I can't get either of those to go out for more than a few hours at a time.

You should actually drive an American car. They tell you nothing, just die and you know nothing, just "It just quit on me."

400 or more codes on THESE machines? Ridiculous!! I just wish ONE of them would say THIS is the prob, not that THAT code is one of 6 things that could be wrong!

Mine is dead, right now, driving my '90 till the newer one is fixed. Right now, I am LIKING my old wheels, kinda sorry I bought the A6. LITTLE more plush, but when I put the 90 100 back on the road, it is a damned good ride. OLD? BFD!! So am I.

Cheers,

George
