hi stan its quite a lenghty process to de solder and refit a new screen ive done lots of them including my own in my tt speedo however the 2 lower lcd screens where the milage and date and time are shown both of them have gone so im at a dead end with mine it should cost around 60 gbp to replace your centre lcd
