Default DIY A/C R134 Refrigerant

I'm trying to charge my AC system in my 99 A6. I've done it on other vehicles, but I can even find the high/low valves on my A6. Can anybody help me?

You need to remove large plastic cover un top, (battery is under it) not the small portion but the whole thing.

Also, are you doing it the right way with manifold gauges?

I feel pretty stupid, I didn't look under that cover...I was digging clear down by the compressor. I just recharged it using the proper gauges and it appears everything's working fine now. Thanks so much for your help....
