my car is outfitted with these beautiful projector high and lo beam HID headlights.... but the DRL's are the ugly faded yellow color... does anyone know the bulb number for the drls? btw its a 2006 3.2 quattro. Normally it would be in an owners manual but seeing as though my car didnt come with one its kinda hard to look it up in there.

 

Well the day time running lights are just a crappy halogen bulb, you can retrofit it to an LED strip like in the newer audi's which look a hell of a lot better. I can't remember where to find it though, let me look. http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?t=2750403 Here is a guy with an S6 that put in the LED strip inside the headlight housing that i was talking about. It can be done to any A6.
