What type of pipe are you going to use? Steel will quickly rust away. Stainless steel is very expensive and difficult to bend and weld.

Not as expensive as you might think... or as hard to weld.

its going to be stainless... the guy im going to isnt charging me for pipe so im good with that. what might cost a little extra is getting it powder coated, but i dont thing i willl bother since you cant really see them. but i will want to heat them coated in some sort of insulator such as ceramic coated or a heat wrap.

Use a ceramic on the inside at least.. heat wrap will shorten the life of the pipe..
