Question Freaky issue.. i swear im not going crazy

Hey guys, i have a 2000 A6 2.7T with over 203K on the clock. The car runs great and i have no major issues (as of yet). I have been noticing that whenever it rains (pretty hard) overnight, the next morning my passenger side rubber mat is full of water. I initially thought i might have spilled a water bottle or something but the other day it happened again. I have felt around under the glove-box and i dont feel anything wet, i have no idea where the water might be coming from. Anyone ever have this problem?

First, it's nice seeing another high mileage 2.7T. Mine is at 190k. Secondly, there was a TSB in July 2010 about the drains in the sunroof getting plugged with resulting water problem. I have a scanned copy but it is too large to attach. If you email me at jjaiven@chartermi.net I can reply with the document.

If that isn't clogged, then it's possible the sunroof drains that are clogged up.

Your Transmission Control Module (TCM) is located under that passenger side foot-well, so make sure you get and keep that area as dry as you possibly can.

First off i want to thank you guys for your responses, @ PPgoal i remember receiving a letter regarding this issue but i never thought i needed to get that problem fixed. But yes i will be emailing you shortly.
@ OGOBULLYLOCDAWG- Thanks for the video and info!! i will try to do this before anything.

And yes, i knew i wasn't the only one who had this type of mileage on my car. My plan is to drive it till it breaks, other than the engine sometimes hesitating at idle, the engine on this thing runs great. No turbo whine (thank God) original clutch replaced at 168k, timing done about 45k ago. So far so good....
