I recently purchased my 2012 A6 Premium Plus with 40,000 miles on it. My firmware is still the PO409 and my Navigation version is 5.5.3. My question is if it’s worth getting these both upgraded to the newest versions? The dealer says it will cost close to $450 to do it. Am I only getting the newer maps and no real additional functionality? If that’s the case I’ll continue to use Google maps and Waze on my phone.
