Are Front and Rear Rotors the Same?

Working through the rear brake lock up after installing new pads and rotor. I purchased the rotor and pads a year ago along with some front pads. I might have ordered front discs and perhaps they are thicker?

Easy way to tell is that the fronts are vented and rears are solid

They're also different sizes, the fronts are about 2 inches bigger than the rears.
