anyone ever used the lubro moly fuel injection system cleaner?

 

I have. The injector cleaner worked well, the ventil-sauber valve cleaner worked better.

Techron is the old, safe standby.

But I've had the bestresults with Lucas and with Berryman B-12 Chemtool.

No, not all on the same car.....

 

What do these products do that is better / different than a bottle of carb-injector cleaner from a discount store?

 

You could also use Toluene. I put 1 gal in a half tank and it works like a charm. Helps up the octane a little too. You can get toluene at paint stores or I got it at Lowe's

 

Get ya some AMSOIL PI injector / top end cleaner...it rocks!
