Just wondering if I can actually fix this, or I need to replace the entire lens for 500 bucks!!!!

 

Call Chris Semple at force 5 in Concord NH. 603-223-6700. I just got a complete used 97 A6 headlight assembly for $185 I could have gotten the lense for $100.

The 2003 stuff might be more but it won't be $500 for the lense.

 

Any thing can be fixed it, it just takes some fabricating skills.
after having run my A6 into a steel post ( rain tires do not work in snow ) I had to fabricate many pieces.
on one headlight I had to fab. all tabs. just be sure your work is strong and secure.
It saved a lot of $ and gave a lot of satisfaction.
