I was driving home on friday night and heard a loud bang. After that, the power in my TT drained and i literally crawled home at around 20mph

I called Audi roadside assistance and one of their guys came out to check my car.

He said the loud bang was the bolt snapping in half, that holds the engine to the rear bracket of the subframe

This in turn caused the engine to damage the gear box and move onto the air con fan at the front

I have spoken to my dealer, Beechwood Audi and they have not been ver helpful

My car went back to Beechwood a few months ago for a minor recall on the engine. I can only guess that the bolt was over tightened during this visit

Am i within my rights to complain about this ?

What year? How many miles on your car?

Dealer probably wont help at all. Maybe give 10% off if you complain hard enough.
