I have a 2001 audi a6 2.7T with xenon lights and one of them went out recently. I am 100% positive it is not the bulbs or the fuse because the bulbs are brand new and the light that goes out occasionally works. I got quoted 605$ for an ignitor from audi dealership. Can anyone point me in another direction as far as replacing this.

Any recommendations to save money would be excellent....

I bought my replacement ballast on ebay, worked great

do a quick search for a6 ballast and this is what came up

Make sure that when you buy it has been tested as working.
