headlight washers

i just realize my headlight washers never come up on my 01 A6 is that normal

Are you pressing the button / switch to wash your lights?
I don't believe headlamp washer action is connected to windsheld washer action, or is it?

it should be connected, 97a41.8t, a620002.7t-> we tried them, you need to do that on the low/high beam and try to wash your windshield.
ps: check the fuse.
