I have an 01 A6 2.7T and my headlights are pointing directly down all the time. It's gotten to the point in which its dangerous to drive at night because the road ahead of me is NOT alluminated. Anyone know what could be wrong? When I start the car up the lights are pointed forward, then they immediatly begin to point down at the floor directly infront of the car itself. Is this an easy fix? Or should I bring it to Audi and pay out of the butt to fix it?

 

Your autoleveling headlights must still work a little if they are raised up and then drop. My GUESS would be the level sensors are no longer working correctly. I don't have the auto leveling headlights, so I only understand how they work in theory.
