There is a high pitched noise coming from under my dash w/e I turn my right signal on. And the signal does not pulse.WTF!?!!?!!?

 

Is the sound coming from the emergency flasher switch?

 

I believe so. Also I just noticed my rear right signal turn does not seem to be working. Even when I press the alarm button the rear right signal does not flash

 

If replacing the hazard switch doesn't work i have found that the turn signal stock commonly shorts out the hazard relay from diverting electrical current. So after you replace the hazard/turn signal relay and you still hear the buzzing noise, disconnect the relay and replace the turn signal stock, this should fix the problem.

As for the right rear turn signal, i think thats just a burnt out bulb.

 

Where is the relay located?
