do i need some special tool to do this job? i have the the tools for the timingbelt..

Take a look at the following post.

It is a DIY for cam tensioner, but it pretty much shows how to remove and replace camshafts. Remove the timing belt per standard timing belt removal procedure and replace the cam as shown.

And you would need a cam tensioner removal tool.

While at it, replace the tensioner seals, and cam seals too.
