DO you have a fairly new K&N panel filter by any chance? sometimes they come pre oiled too heavily and that can cause the MAF to throw codes...If this is the case, try a new filter...Even if you dont have the K&N, and you want to clean it, I havn't done it myself, but I know people that soaked it in rubbing alcohol while inside a bag, sook around for a little bit, let dry out and that will do the trick if its just dirty. If you try these things and it doesnt work, dont be quick to replace it...I had a MAF code and it took forever to figure out why..I replaced the sensor, still threw a code, the problem was a loose clamp on one of my turbos. Also , check the placement of your air filter, panel, or cone, to make sure there are no openings and to also ensure if its a drop in panel filter, that its sitting flush, and all the way down in the airbox.
Let me know how you make out..
