Default Help with maintenance

In about two weeks I'm planning to drive to Mexico and since it is a long trip, I want to be sure everything is in functioning order. My question is what should I look at specifically in terms of replacement or just things to watch out for before leaving. My car has the 4.2 with 143k miles. I'm already planning an oil change and transmission fluid change. Any help is welcome. Thanks.

Timing belt, water pump, thermostat. Keep a bottle of distilled water and coolant just incase. I keep coolant in a small 16.9 ounce bottle with 3 16.9 ounce bottles just incase the coolant runs low.

Keep a quart of motor oil. With a long journey it will burn a quart easily.
