Hello audi enthusiasts! Help out a friend.

I acquired a new Audi A6 for freefrom a friend who recently moved to Asia. I have pictures of the car sitting in front of my office. Unfortunately, I am also out of the country and won't be back till August. Could you all help me figure out the year and specific model of this A6 from only pictures? A picture of the interior is also shown. I'd like to know the year (2005 or 2006) and possibly the size of that engine, though it's hard to read on the backside.

Wouldn't it just be easier to email someone at work to check it out?

The tires look like 17s so I am guessing it is a 3.2. Anybody who purchaseda 4.2 would have likely upgraded to 18s. As far as the year, the 05 and 06 are identical on the outside so it is impossible to tell from the pictutes.

 

Have some one read off the VIN thru the front window and call the dealership

i think we are deciding between 2005 and 2006 (just to be technical) but yeah wow i wish that happened to me. Maybe I should go out and get one of those "lucky" 8 *****
